What is Deal Box?

Deal box enhances the shopping experience from the comfort of your home… and we offer you GREAT deals!!
We have negotiated with various Merchants from different business services to create special deals that we think would be appealing to you. We introduce the deals to you via our website and via our social media networks. Deals are limited and run with expiration times so if you like it, then deal it.

How does Deal Box operate?

We negotiate the best deal with the Merchant for a product or service and we make it available to you by offering the deal on our website. Once the deal is on our website, you may purchase the deal online, you will be required to use a credit card to make a purchase. The deals are limited so we encourage our customers to take advantage of the deal while still available as there is no guarantee that deals will be repeated.

How long will the deal be available?

Deals are limited because they are specially created; we cannot determine in advance how long the deal will be available as it works on a first come first serve basis. Once a deal has run out then the deal automatically becomes unavailable on our website.

How long is the deal voucher valid once purchased?

Each deal voucher has varied validity and therefore we cannot stipulate a standard time for all our deals. It is important to take note of the validity period prior to finalising your purchase on our website. All vouchers have an expiry date and it is the deal bearer’s (your) responsibility to utilise the deal voucher before the expiration date.

If I was unable to use the voucher during the valid time period, will I get an extension?

When you make a purchase on our website, you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which clearly stipulate that exchanges to any deal vouchers will not be accommodated by GoRhino. You may decide to take this matter up with the Merchant but kindly note that Merchant’s have a different set of Terms and Conditions and there is no guarantee that you will be able to receive an extension.

Where can I redeem my deal voucher?

Each deal voucher is specific to a particular product or service and on our deal description we will include the contact details and the location of the Merchant, which will give you an idea as to where you may enjoy the deal.

I purchased a deal voucher and the product/service is not available in my city. What can I do?

The location in which the deal is based is highlighted on the deals platform. In addition, when you make the purchase for your deal you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which state that it is your responsibility as a consumer to ensure that you are able to access the product/service in the specified location.

I had to deal with an emergency and ended up missing my reservation, is there any way that GoRhino could help me?

If you have made a reservation to redeem your deal voucher and could not make it, then the onus lies on you. GoRhino will not be able to make any exceptions as once you have purchased the deal from us you agree to deal directly with the Merchant. You may contact the Merchant regarding this query but there is no guarantee from GoRhino that the Merchant will be able to help you.

I completed making my purchase and received a text notification of the money debit; however I have yet to receive my confirmation and deal voucher from GoRhino.

If you have made your purchase during any of the following times: weekend (Saturday and Sunday), public holiday or any time outside of 8am-5pm, then your confirmation email and deal voucher will be sent to you the day after the abovementioned timing (bearing in mind our office hours). This is due to the fact that our GoRhino information personnel work from a Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

I received my deal voucher and I am unable to locate it on my email account. Could you please resend my deal voucher to me?

When you finalise your purchase transaction you agree to our Terms and Conditions, which state that GoRhino will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred with your deal vouchers once we have sent them through to you. We also mention this on the email confirmation.

I would like to purchase a deal as a gift, what do I do?

Purchasing a deal as a gift is perfectly possible. From the GoRhino side, the procedure is the same, however when you are making the reservation with the Merchant, be sure to mention that the deal bearer (refers to the person you have given the voucher to as a gift) is not the same as the deal purchaser (you). You may be required to provide a copy of your national ID or any authorised identification card. This will apply to the individual who will be redeeming the voucher with the Merchant. This is important to avoid fraudulent behaviour and any criminal activity.

Will I be able to transfer one deal voucher for another deal?

This is not possible nor is it allowed. All GoRhino deals are non-transferable.

I am afraid to make a purchase online for security reasons. Is there anything to worry about?

There is nothing for you to worry about. GoRhino works with WooCommerce and Netcash and they handle your credit card transaction. This is a secure facility and your details will not be at risk.

How many people can redeem one deal voucher?

Deals are limited to one per person unless otherwise exaggerated upon on the fine print of the deal voucher. So for instance if you have purchased a holiday stay for two then that deal is valid for two persons, however there are no limitations on how many deals you purchase so for instance if you choose to purchase 2 of the holiday stays then it will be valid for four people. If I buy more than one deal, how many deal vouchers will I receive?

You will receive a separate deal voucher for each deal that you purchase on our website. You need to make sure that you receive separate deal vouchers via email. You also need to make certain that you print each voucher out before you take advantage of your deal.

How many times can I use my deal voucher?

Each deal voucher can be redeemed only once so you will not be able to reuse the voucher once you have redeemed it. To avoid embarrassment please do not attempt to use expired or duplicated vouchers. Our deals are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable.

Will I be able to exchange my deal voucher for cash?

This is not allowed and will not be permitted. All deals are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Will I be allowed to use a GoRhino deal with any other deal (including the deal benefits I receive with my GoRhino loyalty card)?

This will not be allowed, even if you wanted to use a deal from the deals platform in conjunction with any deals on your GoRhino loyalty card. These two options are completely independent of one another.

Can I return a voucher?

You have the right to cancel within 7 working days from receiving the purchase. Please view the Cancellation and Refund section of our Terms and Conditions. If you are not able to access this page then you are welcome to contact us on info@gorhino.co.za

Do I need to print my deal voucher?

You must print the voucher out and take it with you to the Merchant when redeeming the product/service.

How do I keep informed about new deals and offers available on the deals platform?

When you make a purchase you are required to provide us with your first name, last name and your email address, we also have a pop up box that comes up throughout your stay on our website which prompts you with the chance to fill out your first name, last name and email address. We keep your information and send you any news and updates via email so you stay in tune with us.

I cannot log into my account, what do I do?

Make sure that you are using the correct username and password. If you cannot remember your username and password then click on the ‘forgot password’ link and you will be prompted to submit your email address. We will then send you a link to reset your password. If there are any delays experienced, please be patient with us and if you find yourself waiting for what seems like forever, then contact us on info@gorhino.co.za

What forms of payments do you accept?

GoRhino accepts all Mastercard and Visa credit card payments.

I would like to be a merchant with GoRhino on the deals platform? How do I do this?

All you have to do is contact us on info@gorhino.co.za or call us at 086 114 3643 (between 8am to 5pm). Once we have made initial contact, the necessary arrangements will start taking effect and our Sales Director will be in contact with you.

How will I know what offer is the best to run?

Our Sales director will advise you and help you decide on the best deal.

Are there any specifications on when to start the deal?

The customer can redeem their deal voucher as soon as they receive their voucher and confirmation via email. They have to make a reservation with you prior to arrival.
